Life's experiences, be they good or bad, are the fuel and passion that
underpin Cylindrian's unique style of songwriting and it shows. Her music
engages the heart and mind of her audience allowing for the creation an
authentic emotional connection between artist and listener.
As with those shining lights of previous generations of folk/acoustic rock
acts, Cylindrian's influences are broad, she is open-minded,curious and not a
believer in musical boundaries defined by genres she creates what she feels.
Cylindrian's influences include: George Winston, Tori Amos, Vince Guiraldi,
Frederic Chopin, George Gershwin, Scott Joplin, Radiohead, Pink Floyd,
Metallica, Damien Rice, Patty Griffin, Tom Russell, and Johnny Cash.
She has released three albums under her real world name: Grace Buford. They
can be found in iTunes and CDBaby.
She has recently joined the band, The Lives of the Monster Dogs and is
focusing her real world efforts in conjunction with the band. Her Second
