How do I get listed on these services?
Apple has a FAQ for content providers wanting to distribute their material through iTunes.

CDBaby has a one-stop setup approach that can help you get listed in Amazon, iTunes, and other services.
Oh, and if you want in-world sales and hosting of your tracks, you should really check out TRAX island and give Bones Writer a call. They take this all a step further by providing listening booths, one-stop shopping for streams and instruments - all sorts of cool stuff for both musicians and fans.

If you are concerned with the Digital Rights Management (DRM) system in Apple's iTunes, you can always look for the iTunes Plus option for that album or track. Also, Amazon's downloads are DRM-free.

The subscription is free and does not use up a group slot. Nor does it come with endless amounts of chatspam like SL groups. I will make notecard announcements on Sundays (and sometimes Wednesdays) with occasional text announcements when new performers join.
